WIN A ROOF CONTEST RULES
1. 105 THE RIVER will give away a new roof installed on the winner’s home by Green Rhino Roofing.
2. Enter this contest by completing the contest entry form at: www.neparoofs.com
3. Enter June 2, 2013 and June 13, 2013. One winner will be selected by random drawing on Friday, June 14, 2012 and be announced on the River Morning Show with Jude. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. Only one entry per person.
4. Employees of Bold Gold Media, Green Rhino, their advertising agencies, and members of their households are not eligible to win.
5. No purchase necessary to enter.
6. You must be 18 years of age, or older to enter this contest.
7. The Grand Prize is a FREE ROOF from Green Rhino Roofing. The Grand Prize of a FREE roof includes up to 15 squares and includes all materials and labor (Value: $6,000.00). In the event that the winner needs additional squares installed, a rate of $400.00 per square will be charged
8. Winner must accept the prize by July 14, 2013. A release may be required. An IRS form 1099 may be issued.
9. This contest is void where regulated or prohibited. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
10. This prize is non-transferable. It must be installed within the listening area of a Bold Gold Media Scranton based radio station
11. If terms and conditions of the contest cannot be met by the winner then that winner may accept an alternate prize of a cash offer of $1,000.00. This is only remedy if said winner does not meet the terms and conditions of the prize.
12. Failure to claim and accept the prize by the claim date will result in forfeiture without any compensation.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and likeness in station promotion and advertising without any additional compensation.
14. All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or contestant will be disqualified. To be eligible to win a prize, the winner must reside in the Bold Gold Media WBS, LP station’s listening area as defined by the discretion of online merchant account the management of Bold Gold Media WBS, LP. Any problems with the internet or email are not the responsibility of Bold Gold Media WBS, LP, or Green Rhino Roofing.
15. Complete contest rules are available for inspection at the 105 the River offices during normal business hours, at 105theriver.net, or you may obtain a copy of the rules by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to 105 THE RIVER, 1049 North Sekol Road, Scranton, PA 18504.
16. By entering this contest, contestants agree to the rules of the contest and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Bold Gold Media WBS, LP reserves the rights to modify, change or cancel the contest without notice.
