CHRISTMAS CASH 2013 CONTEST RULES

 1) 105 THE RIVER will give $1000.00 Cash to one winner in the Christmas Cash Contest.

2) To enter the contest, listen to 105 the River for sponsor locations. Complete an entry form at any sponsor location. You may enter one time every day at each sponsor location. You may enter daily starting on November 28, 2013 until December 18, 2013. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win.

3) After December 18, 2013, one qualifier will be selected in a random drawing from among all of the entries deposited at each sponsor location. The qualifier selected may also win a prize designatied by the sponsor and announced on WWRR. The odds of qualifying depend upon the number of entries deposited at each loction. Entry blanks must be handwritten, legible and contain name, address and telephone number. Mechanically reporoduced entries are not valid.

4) From among the qualifier selected at each sponsor location, a second random drawing will be conducted on Friday, December 20, 2013 to select the Grand Prize winner of $1000.00 Cash. The winner will be contacted by phone, first class mail or email and will be announced on 105 the River.

5) Winner must claim their prize by January 17, 2014 in person at the station, any weekday, except holidays, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Winner must present photo identification. A release may be required. An IRS form 1099 may be issued. Winner must be 18 years of age, or older.

6) By entering the contest contestants agree to the rules of the contest and the decisions of the judges, which are final.

7) This contest is void where regulated or prohibited. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

8) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and likeness in station promotion and advertising without any additional compensation.

9) Complete contest rules are available for inspection at the 105 the River offices during normal business hours, or you may obtain a copy of the rules by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to 105 THE RIVER, 1049 North Sekol Road, Scranton, PA 18504.
