MOHEGAN SUN HOLIDAY PARTY 2013 CONTEST RULES

1) 105 THE RIVER will give a Table for 10 Guests to the Mohegan Sun Holiday Party on December 6, 2013 to 5 winners. The prize includes buffet dinner, open bar and entertainment for winners and their guests.

2) To enter the contest, you must log into the 105 the River Facebook Page, click on the “Win Tab” and complete an entry form. You may enter starting on Monday, November 18, 2013 until Friday, November 22, 2013 at 12 Noon. You must be 21 years of age to enter and win. You may only enter this contest one time.

3) On Moday, November 25, 2013, five winners will be selected by a random drawing among all the entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. The entry form must be completely filled out. You may only win one prize in this contest.

4) Winners will be announced on 105 the River and will be contacted by email, telephone or mail.

5)  Winner must claim their prize on Friday, December 6, 2013 at  the Mohegan Sun Casino, Plains Township, PA.  Winner must present photo identification. A release may be required. An IRS form 1099 may be issued. Winner and all guests must be 21 years of age, or older.

6) By entering the contest contestants agree to the rules of the contest and the decisions of the judges, which are final.

7) This contest is void where regulated or prohibited. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

8) The winners agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and likeness in station promotion and advertising without any additional compensation.

9) Complete contest rules are available for inspection at the 105 the River offices during normal business hours, or you may obtain a copy of the rules by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to 105 THE RIVER, 1049 North Sekol Road, Scranton, PA 18504.
